I have two A1 pencil + graphite drawings in the Plough Arts Centre Open Drawing Competition 2015, in Torrington, North Devon.
Exhibition runs from Friday 2nd October - saturday 24th October 2015.
Private View: Friday 2nd October, 7pm
Bideford Bay Creatives – website redesign
This is a bespoke design using custom Wordpress install, with new archives of earlier content and projects, and focus on 2015 and future projects. Structurally designed for an apparent simplicity and automation of use, to allow for client / contributors to add content with minimum of work. Also for social / cloud content to be integrated and the website to be part of those networks, and a hub rather than an isolated site.
Plough Open Drawing Competition 2014
Have 2 works shortlisted for The Plough Open Drawing Competition 2014, held at The Plough Arts centre, Great Torrington, North Devon.
Exhibition runs from 3 - 25 October 2014.
One of my works, 'The Restorers', is being used on the poster and invite. It can be seen here, the large image on the left.
Vote for my drawings in the Derwent Drawing Prize
As part of the Derwent Art Prize 2014 (which focuses on works in graphite, charcoal, pastel etc), people have the opportunity to vote for works that did not make it all the way through to the main competition. I have 4 works in this section that are eligible to be voted for.
Evolver Prize 2014
I have had a painting selected for the Evolver Prize 2014. It will be one of 50 works to be published in Evolver 82 and exhibited at the Atkinson Gallery, Millfield, Street, from 7 July - 9 August 2014.
